By running plates and returning them for cleaning, "Bella" frees up space in the kitchen and reduces the need for staff accommodation.

“Bella” carries up to 20 plates at the same time dramatically reducing the need for runners and allowing our team to spend more time with our customers.

“Bella” can work 24 hours a day, doesn’t need breaks & always has a smile on her face.

We paid "Bella" a wage, which was donated to the "Island Haven" for 2022 season. The donation was £1000!! Well done Bella
